Arabic:
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
English:
“And among His signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your hearts. Verily in that are signs for those who reflect.”
Surah Ar-Rum, Verse 21 (30:21)
Transliteration: Wa min āyātihi an khalaqa lakum min anfusikum azwājan litaskunū ilayhā wa ja`ala baynakum mawaddatan wa raḥmah. Inna fī dhālika la’āyātin liqawmin yatafakkarūn.

“O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from a single soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed, Allah is ever, over you, an Observer.” (4:1)
Surah An-Nisa, Verse 1 (4:1)
Transliteration: Yā ayyuhān-nāsu ittaqū rabbakumu alladhī khalaqakum min nafsin wāḥidatin wa khalaqa minhā zawjahā wa baththa minhumā rijālan kathīran wa nisā’an. Wa-ittaqū Allāha alladhī tasā’alūna bihī wal-arḥām. Inna Allāha kāna `alaykum raqībā.

“And there is no blame upon you for that to which you indirectly allude concerning a proposal to women…”
